** Preferential Policies
For the first batch of regional partners and high-foot-traffic merchants, we offer 6 months of rent exemption plus a complimentary 15-second naked-eye 3D promotional video. During the rent-free period, the device shall play our advertisements for no less than 5 hours daily, and the ad content shall not compete with the merchant's core business.
** Outright Purchase of Equipment
You may apply to purchase the equipment outright during or upon expiration of the lease. Paid rent can only be deducted from the payment of the currently leased unit, and shall not be applied to other product models.
** Maintenance & Replacement
If the device malfunctions and cannot operate normally with intact appearance, we provide free repair or replacement. No rent will be charged for downtime during maintenance. If damage or subsequent faults are caused by human factors, all repair costs and relevant losses shall be borne by the renter.
** Delivery & Installation
The renter shall cover all round-trip shipping fees. We provide free on-site commissioning service. The minimum lease term is 1 month. Shipping fees will be waived for leases longer than 6 months.
** Equipment Usage Rules
The leased equipment shall only be used for promoting the renter's own products and brands. It is prohibited to lend the equipment to third parties or use it for commercial promotion of other businesses.
** Deposit Rules
For used equipment rental, the deposit may be discounted at our discretion based on equipment conditions. Video Wall Rental Due to complex installation and commissioning, video walls are not available for rental for the time being.
** Short-term Rental (Exhibitions & Events)
Short-term rental is available for exhibitions, large outdoor events and similar occasions. The renter shall bear round-trip shipping fees, and place reservations for equipment and 3D video production at least 1 month in advance. Rental fees and video production costs will be quoted separately based on project requirements.
** Contact a salesperson for on-site survey to confirm the screen size, installation method, as well as video method & play-back duration.
** Sign the contract, pay the commitment fund to confirm the order.
** Pay a 50% deposit (including commitment fund). Startek will begin the production, The lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks. If in stock, delivery can be made in the second week; customized products require a lead time of 6–8 weeks. The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before the shipment.
** Single units can be installed by the customer with remote commissioning by our staff. Video walls are installed and commissioned on site by our team.
** The equipment warranty period is 12 months. Repairs for cosmetic damage will be chargeable; damage caused by iimproper operation will also incur repair fees.
** If the buyer is willing to allow our company to display adverts on the device, future video production may be discounted or free of charge.
If our standard products do not fully meet your needs, we offer the following customization services:
** Customize screen size, resolution, viewing angle, viewing distance, brightness, contrast ratio, colour saturation, colour gamut, 3D depth effect and pop-out distance, etc.
** Customize screen appearance, stand base, double-sided display, movable display, rechargeable battery, outdoor display, waterproof design, impact resistance and anti-glare performance.
** Static 3D, switchability between 3D and 2D modes.
** Some customization options may require tooling fees, especially for ultra-thin designs or changes of thr display size.
** A wider viewing angle may reduce the 3D depth effect and pop-out distance.
** Increasing the display resolution can help improve the viewing angle.
** Generally, the larger the screen is, the stronger the 3D effect will be, and the depth of image and pop-out distance will increase accordingly. For a 110-inch 3D display, the recommended distance is 2-4 meters. At this distance, the 3D effect is more immersive and impressive.

▲ 1. How to understand Stock for Sale.
Answer：According to the company regulation, each standard product must be kept the stock of 1000-5000pcs.
When the stock is less than 1000 pcs, we will put it into production at once instead of waiting for the orders. When the stock are more than 5000 pcs, the production must be stopped.
Appropriate stock is a very good support for the customer’s sampling and trial production demand.
The appropriate stock is also a guarantee of the quality. The production of the stock is always having more time than the production of the order. We have enough time to do more checking and to consider all the possible factors affecting the quality, what’s more, in case that our products has been found a problem at the customer’s production, we have the stocked ones to do the replacement.
The appropriate stock is also a good way to reduce the cost. In busy seasons, we can produce the orders, while in free seasons, we can produce the stock. By this way, the labor source is maximumly used. At the same time, in free season, the materials can be bought at lower price.
▲ 2. How to understand No MOQ？
Answer：The quantity of the order is decided by the market. As a supplier, we have no right to request the order must be more than any quantity. We have no MOQ request, a single piece is also a good order for us.
In another way, our products are always having stock, we don’t need to start the production for a small quantity, and we are capable enough of accepting the small orders.
However, if the quantity is small, the price will be higher.
▲ 3. How to understand in Full Range.
Answer：In full range means that our products are in great variety. We have what other manufacturers have, and we have what they don’t have. The customer is easy to find what they want in our product group. Like Walmart instead of Seven Eleven, all kinds of the products are placed before us and it is easy to attract the customers to come, so we like going shopping in Walmart, but we don’t like to go to Seven Eleven.

Answer: The LCD quality has three standards: 1.consuming standards.2.Industrial standards 3.Automotive standards. Automotive standards are the highest grade which require the strong anti-shock capacity, anti-high-temperature capacity, high reliability and very low rate of reject. To follow automotive standards, we have to select the best raw materials, and bring in the most expensive equipment and very tough management, so our cost is higher.
In fact, our higher price is only manifested in samples. If the quantity is higher or the cooperation time is long, as long as the customer files the price request, the favorable price can be available after negotiation.
